基于新发展理念的经济社会发展测度及空间关联格局研究

The Research on the Measurement of Economic and Social Development and Spatial Correlation Pattern Based on the New Concept of Development

在新发展理念引领下实现协调发展是经济社会发展的前提条件,也是以城市群为主体形态促进一体化发展的重要基础。笔者从新发展理念的视角,基于2014-2017年我国中原城市群25个城市43个测度指标的数据,应用可修正特征的赋权方法和测度模型对其经济社会发展水平进行测度,以此为基础,借助探索性空间数据分析方法考察了中原城市群经济社会发展的空间关联格局。研究表明:新发展理念视角下的中原城市群经济社会发展不仅需要注重发展的充分性,更要注重发展的平衡性;中原城市群经济社会发展的空间非均衡性显著,呈现空间离散效应,形成了明显的"核心-边缘"空间"洼地结构";中原城市群经济社会发展的空间关联格局以低低集聚和低高集聚模式为主;2016年以后中原城市群经济社会协调发展态势在增强,一体化水平显著提升。

The realization of coordinated development is a prerequisite for economic and social development under the guidance of the new development concept and an important basis for promoting integrated development with urban agglomeration as the main form.From the perspective of the new development concept,the author measures the economic and social development of 25 cities in the central plains city cluster by using the weighting method of modifiable features and the measurement model based on the data of 43 measurement indexes from 2014 to 2017.Based on this,the spatial correlation pattern of economic and social development of central plains city agglomeration is investigated by means of exploratory spatial data analysis.The research shows that the economic and social development of the central plains urban agglomeration led by the new development concept should not only pay attention to the adequacy of development,but also pay attention to the balance of development.The spatial non-equilibrium of economic and social development of central plains urban agglomeration is significant,showing spatial dispersion effect,forming an obvious structure of core-edge spatial depression.The spatial correlation pattern of economic and social development of central plains city agglomeration is dominated by low and high agglomeration patterns.After 2016,the coordinated economic and social development trend of central plains city agglomeration is strengthened,and the level of integration is significantly improved.
