摘要
论文以通用航空发展为背景,介绍了我国通用航空立法定义与国际通用航空定义的区别,分析了我国通用航空法律体系的现状以及与民用航空法律体系的关系,重点分析了我国现存的通用航空法律体系的特点,并结合通航法律框架,阐释了未来我国通用航空法律构建的思路。
Based on the development of general aviation,this paper introduces the differences between definition of the legislative general aviation in China and that of international general aviation.It analyses the status of legal system of general aviation in China and its relationship with the legal system of civil aviation.As well,this paper makes the explanation of the characteristics of the existing general aviation legal system in China,and based on the legal framework of general aviation,it explains the thinking of the future construction of general aviation law in China.
