肠内营养液持续泵入对重症肺炎患者营养状况及炎症指标的影响

Effect of continuing pumping of enteral nutrition liquid on nutritional status and inflammatory indexes in patients with severe pneumonia

目的:探讨肠内营养液持续泵入对重症肺炎患者营养状况及炎症指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析某院接受治疗的110例重症肺炎患者临床资料,根据营养支持治疗方式不同,将54例使用肠外营养支持治疗的患者纳入对照组,将56例采用肠内营养支持治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较2组患者治疗3周后营养状况[血红蛋白(HB)、白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)]、炎症指标[血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞数目(WBC)]、抗生素使用时间及住院时间。结果:治疗后,2组患者HB、ALB、TP指标均升高,CRP、PCT、WBC水平均降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组;观察组抗生素使用时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎患者予以肠内营养液持续泵入治疗,可改善其营养状况,降低炎症指标,缩短抗生素使用时间及住院时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuing pumping of enteral nutrition liquid on nutritional status and inflammatory indexes in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:Clinical data of 110 patients with severe pneumonia treated in a hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into groups according to different nutrition support methods.Those with parenteral nutrition support were included in a control group(n=54)and those with enteral nutrition support were included in an observation group(n=56).The nutritional status[hemoglobin(HB),albumin(ALB),serum total protein(TP)],inflammatory indexes[serum C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC)],duration of antibiotic use and hospital stays were compared between the two groups after 3 weeks'treatment.Results:After treatment,HB,ALB and TP in the two groups increased,while CRP,PCT and WBC decreased,and the changing range of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the duration of antibiotic use and hospital stays in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing pumping of enteral nutrition liquid in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia can improve nutritional status,decrease inflammatory indexes,shorten the duration of antibiotic use and hospital stays.
