摘要 近年来运行优化与控制成为工业过程控制中的研究热点,然而国内外至今没有可用于辅助研究人员和工程师快速实现控制器设计与搭建的可配置软件平台。为此,本文提出了一种组态的软件平台来解决这个问题。其主要优点是:该平台不仅提供了一个图形化组态环境,通过开发强大的控制策略图形化开发工具和Petri网引擎来调度用于并行计算的算法单元,而且还提供了集成几种主流的智能和数据驱动算法(例如案例推理、模糊逻辑、神经网络)的统一框架。本文详细介绍了系统的总体框架和关键技术,并通过一个典型磨矿过程硬件在环实验系统,搭建了运行优化控制系统以验证平台的可行性和实用性。 Operation optimization and control has been a hot topic in the field of process control.However,so far there is no configurable software platform to help researchers and engineers quickly design and build algorithms in domestic and foreign industry.This paper develops a configuration software platform to tackle this issue.The main advantages are that it not only provides a graphical configurable environment by developing a powerful control strategy design tool and a Petri net engine to schedule algorithm units for parallel computing,but also can provide a unified framework to integrate several mainstream intelligent and data-driven algorithms(such as case-based reasoning,fuzzy logic,and neural networks).The overall framework and key technologies of the platform are introduced in detail.By using a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)experiment system,the platform is verified and validated through a case of application to design and develop an operation controller for a classical grinding process.
