EMD与排列熵在提升机跳绳故障诊断中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对双绳缠绕式提升机在运行过程中可能产生跳绳故障,提出一种结合经验模态分解(EMD)和排列熵(PE)算法的提升机跳绳故障诊断方法。利用EMD方法将正常与故障状态下的钢丝绳张力信号分解为多个本征模态函数(IMF),对其中具有故障信息的IMF分量进行PE计算,作为故障特征。通过采集提升试验台正常运行与跳绳故障两种状态下的张力信号,使用上述方法获得计算结果,对比发现PE值能作为故障特征判断跳绳故障,从而验证了此方法的有效性。 Aiming at rope jumping fault during operation of double rope winding hoist,a rope jumping fault diagnosis method of hoist based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and permutation entropy(PE)algorithm is proposed.The tension signal of wire rope under normal and fault conditions is decomposed into multiple intrinsic mode function(IMF)by EMD method,and the IMF components with fault information are calculated by PE as fault characteristics.By collecting tension signals under normal operation and rope jumping fault of the hoist test platform,the calculation results are obtained by using the above method.It is found that the PE value can be used as fault feature to judge whether rope jumping fault occurs or not,which verifies the effectiveness of this method.
