陈无择《三因极一病证方论》六气时行民病证治探析

Syndrome and treatment of six Qi seasonal disease in San Yin Ji-Bing Zheng Fang Lun by CHEN

《黄帝内经》认为六气的逆从胜复等可以作为病因导致疾病的发生。宋·陈无择尊《黄帝内经》之旨,依时气病证之异,在《三因极一病证方论》中创立六气时行民病证治主方6首。本文从六气角度对6首方剂主治民病证治特点及组方特色进行研究,发现六气司天、在泉不同、民病证治各异,六气所主气候、病证不同,组方各异。同时笔者也提出临床在尊经旨运用六气方的同时,应结合当今时气的特点及个人体质的实际情况,对六气方进行适当加减、灵活运用,从而发挥五运六气对临床辨治的实际应用价值。

The Inner Canon of Huangdi holds that the six kinds of natural factors of reverse,compliance,victory,retaliation can lead to the occurrence of diseases as a cause.According to the contents of Inner Canon of Huangdi and the difference of disease in time and climate,CHEN Wu-ze from the Song Dynasty has established six main prescriptions about disease in the six factors in nature.This paper studies the characteristics of the six prescriptions for treating diseases of the people and the characteristics of the prescriptions.It is found that the six kinds of natural factors are different,and the people's disease in the six factors in nature is different.The main climate and syndrome of six kinds of natural factors are different,and the prescription is different.The author also pointed out that while respecting the tenet of the Confucian classics and the Six Qi Prescriptions,the Six Qi Prescriptions should be added or subtracted appropriately according to the characteristics of the current climate and the actual situation of individual constitution,and be applied flexibly.Give full play to the practical application value of the five elements'motion and six kinds of natural factors in clinical differentiation and treatment.
