Professor SHEN Shao-gong's Academic Thought of"Regulating The Kidney Yin and Yang"

沈绍功教授创立“调肾阴阳”的学术思想,指出“肾阴阳失调”的病机在内伤杂病、妇科生殖疾病和恶性肿瘤的发病过程中具有重要作用。这一思想协调了传统“补脾”与“补肾”的争议,创新了传统单纯“滋肾阴”和“补肾阳”的治法,规避了传统补肾与补脾治法的不足。强调补肾的实质是调和肾阴肾阳,扶助肾中少火,同时主张调肾阴阳应与祛邪治法序贯应用。在具体用药中,主张用药醇和,强调轻可去实,独创分级用药,是对中医学理论的继承与创新,具有广泛的临床指导意义。

Professor SHEN Shao-gong established the academic thought of"regulating the kidney yin and yang",and put forward that the pathogenesis of"imbalance between kidney yin and yang"which played an important role in miscellaneous internal damage diseases,gynecological and reproductive diseases and malignant tumor.This thought has not only solved the traditional dispute between nourishing spleen and reinforcing kidney,but also innovated the therapy of merely nourishing the kidney yin or warming kidney yang.It is emphasized that the essence of tonifying the kidney is to harmonize kidney yin and kidney yang,and to assist the vigorous fire in the kidney.At the same time,he advocated that eliminating pathogenic factors and regulating kidney yin and yang are used in sequence.In specific drug use,he preferred drugs warm and mild,emphasizes drugs in small dose and light in nature can treat excess syndrome,and creates original classification of drug use.This academid thought is an inheritance and innovation in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and has extensive clinical significance.
