摘要
目的:研究水族传统药风流草总醇提物对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠骨质的影响。方法:将36只6周龄SD大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分成3组(即幼龄对照组、模型组、风流草总醇提物组[即药物组]),每组12只。另设16月龄SD大鼠12只(雌雄各半)作为老龄对照组。模型组、药物组动物施以皮下5个月连续注射(每日1次,每次20mg/kg)D-半乳糖,期间药物组每日同步灌胃风流草总醇提物20 mg/kg。灌胃5个月后所有动物组进行骨结构力学与生物力学指标、血清钙磷含量、骨羟脯氨酸含量、骨密度、骨组织构成、骨碱性磷酸酶ALP(alkaline phosphatase)测定。结果:与幼龄对照组比较,模型组骨结构力学与生物力学指标、骨密度、骨羟脯氨酸含量以及ALP均有所降低,血清钙磷含量升高。与模型组比较,药物组骨结构力学与生物力学指标、骨密度、骨羟脯氨酸含量以及ALP均有所升高,血清钙磷含量降低。结论:风流草总醇提物可以改善大鼠因D-半乳糖致衰老所诱发的骨质变化。
Object:To Obserre the Desmodiumgyrans(L.)DC.total alcohol extract influence on D-galactose induced osseous changes of SD rat.Methods 36 six-week old SD rats(male and female)were randomly divided in three groups,including young control group,model group and Desmodiumgyrans(L.)DC.total alcohol extract group.In addition,15 sixteen-month old SD rats as old control group.To cause aging,both of model group and Desmodiumgyrans(L.)DC.total alcohol extract group were given injections of D-galactose for 5 months(injection does is 20 mg/kg).Then osseous routine parameters of all groups were tested and compared.Results:Compared with young control group,the BMD,structural power parameters of bone,biological power parameters of bone,activity of bone ALP and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group were significantly decreased,the content of bone calcium and phosphorus were increased.But compared with model group,the BMD,structural power parameters of bone,biological power parameters of bone,activity of bone ALP and the content of hydroxyproline in the Desmodiumgyrans(L.)DC.total alcohol extract group were significantly increased,the content of bone calcium and phosphorus were decreased.Conclusions:Desmodiumgyrans(L.)DC.total alcohol extract can reform D-galactose induced osseous changes.
