耳穴贴压治疗女童外周性性早熟的病例序列研究

Case Series Study on Auricular Point Sticking for Girls with Peripheral Precocious Puberty

目的:初步观察耳穴贴压对外周性性早熟女童治疗前后的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性病例序列研究,连续纳入符合标准的13例患者。耳穴贴压治疗3个月后,观察雌二醇(E 2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平、乳房Tanner分期和中医症状。耳穴贴压每日按压5次,每次3 min,每周换贴1次,连续治疗3个月,同时配合饮食、运动健康生活方式宣教。结果:13例病例中,E 2水平与治疗前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义;FSH、LH水平治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义;乳房Tanner分期与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义;乳房胀痛、口中异味、五心烦热、便干、舌红中医症状与治疗前比较明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论:耳穴贴压疗法能够降低外周性性早熟女童的E 2水平,明显改善乳房的Tanner分期和部分中医症状,具有一定的临床治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular point sticking on peripheral precocious puberty(PPP)girls before and after treatment.Methods A prospective case series study was conducted to continuously include 13 eligible patients.After auricular point sticking for 3 months,the levels of E2,FSH,LH,and Breast Tanner stage were observed.Auricular point sticking,pressing 5 times daily,3 minutes each time,continuous treatment once a week for 3 months,at the same time with healthy lifestyle.Results In 13 cases,the level of E2 decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant;There was no significant difference in FSH and LH levels before and after treatment;The Breast Tanner staging was significantly different from that before treatment.The symptoms of breast pain,halitosis,five-hearted fever,dry stool and red tongue were alleviated compared with those before treatment.Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy can reduce the E2 level of girls with PPP,improve the breast Tanner stage and some TCM symptoms,which has a certain clinical effect.
