《傅青主女科》月经先期诊治探微

Diagnosis and treatment of advanced menstruation in Fu Qing Zhu NV Ke

月经先期为妇科临床常见病,本文就《傅青主女科》肾中水火旺致月经先期的理论特点作进一步探讨,并分析其病机治法及用药特色。认为傅青主诊治月经先期,根据量多、量少分虚实而治,尤重治肾,重在滋养肾阴,并根据虚实在滋阴、清热各有所侧重。在遣方用药上,创制清经散、两地汤,尤擅用地骨皮清骨热,白芍养血敛阴。周惠芳教授在临床上以傅青主治疗月经先期的治则治法为基础,结合国医大师夏桂成教授补肾调周法辨证施治,随证加减,确有显效。

Preceeded menorrhea is a common gynecological disease.In this paper,a preliminary study on the theory of premenstrual period caused by excess water and fire of the kidney in Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology was made.The pathogenesis and therapy and medication characteristics is also be analyzed.It is believed that Fu Qingzhu treated preceeded menorrhea by distinguishing deficiency and excess according to menorrhagia and hypomenorrhea.Focus on kidney and nourish kidney yin,according to the deficiency and the excess to decide nourishing yin and clearing away heat which is more important.In treatment,Fu Qingzhu created Qing Jing powder and Lycium Root Bark Decoction and use of white peony root nourishing the blood,astringe yin and use of lycium root bark clearing deficient heat.Professor Zhou Huifang based on the treatment of Fu Qingzhu's therapeutic principle and method in preceeded menorrhea,combining the master of Chinese medicine Xia Guicheng's method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation,treats preceeded menorrhea according to syndrome differentiation and revise with signs,achieve favourite therapeutic effect.
