Analysis on YU Zeng-rui’s Clinical Experience in Applying Sini Powder

四逆散临床常被当做辨治肝郁气滞的基础方剂,于增瑞主任医师对四逆散的应用独具匠心,认为四逆散可治疗枢机不利引起的水、气、血运行障碍所致的多种疾病。凡疾病影响土木升降疏泄、气机失调均可采用四逆散化裁治疗。柴胡、白芍、枳实、甘草分入肝经、胆经、胃经、脾经,4药升降相宜,阳升阴降,和解枢机,调畅道路,宣布阳气,临证应用时任何一味药都不能轻易舍弃。本文对其以四逆散加减治疗呃逆、浮肿、阴吹等病证的经验作一简述。

Sini Powder is often used as a basic prescription for the treatment of liver depression and Qi stagnation.Dr.YU Zeng-rui has unique ingenuity in the application of Sini Powder.He believes that Sini Powder can treat many diseases caused by water,Qi and blood dysfunction caused by unfavorable pivot.All diseases affecting elevation and Qi smoothing,Qi Disorder can be treated by Sini powder.Bupleurum chinense,Paeonia lactiflora,Fructus Aurantii and Licorice are divided into liver,gallbladder,stomach and spleen meridians.The four medicines are suitable for ascending and descending.The ascending and descending of Yang and Yin,the reconciliation pivot,the smooth pathway and the announcement of Yang qi.No single drug can be easily discarded in clinical application.In this paper,the experience of Dr.YU Zeng-rui in treating hiccup,edema and Yin Blow with Sini Powder is briefly described.
