基于空间区位条件的长株潭城市群城市用地扩张研究

Study on Urban Land Expansion of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration Based on Spatial Location Conditions

从空间区位条件视角研究城市群的城市用地扩张规律和机制,对于科学编制城市群空间规划具有重要意义。以长株潭城市群为例,结合2000、2005、2010和2015年遥感影像提取的城市用地信息,运用改进的引力模型、缓冲区分析等方法,分析了2000-2015年长株潭城市群空间区位条件与城市用地扩张的相关关系。结果表明:①城市群处于不同的发展阶段,其城市用地扩张表现出不同的特征,研究期内城市群的城市用地扩张强度呈先加强后减弱的趋势。②对城市群中心城市的辐射范围进行强弱交互区域的划分,强交互区呈现向外扩张的趋势,中心城市辐射能力不断增强,城市群内部的聚合力不断增大。③中心城市的辐射影响对周围城市用地扩张有正向推动作用,其中强交互区内的城市用地扩张强度受中心城市作用力推动效果明显强于弱交互区。④80%以上的新增城市用地集中在高速公路沿线10 km范围内,交通网络对城市群城市用地扩张具有引导作用。

Studying the urban land expansion law and mechanism of urban agglomerations from the perspective of spatial location condition is of great significance for the scientific compilation of spatial planning of urban agglomerations.Taking the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan(CZT)urban agglomeration as an example,this paper analyzed the correlation between spatial location conditions and urban land expansion in the CZT urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2015 by combining the urban land information extracted from remote sensing images,using improved gravity model,buffer analysis and other methods.The results show that:1)Urban land expansion shows different characteristics in different development stages.During the research period,the urban land expansion intensity of urban agglomeration shows a trend from strengthening to weakening.2)The radiation range of the central city of the urban agglomeration is divided into strong and weak interactive areas,and the strong interaction area presents a trend of outward expansion,which show the radiation capacity of the central city of the urban agglomeration is continuously enhanced,so is the cohesion within the urban agglomeration.3)The radiation influence of the central city has a positive effect on the expansion of the surrounding urban land,among which the expansion intensity of urban land use in the strong interaction area is obviously stronger than that of the weak interaction zone by the force of the central city.4)More than 80%of the new urban land is concentrated within 10 km along the motorways,and the transportation network has a guiding role in urban land expansion.
