组织边界视角下信息技术对供应链整合影响结构研究

Research on the Influence Structure of Information Technology on Supply Chain Integration from the Perspective of Organizational Boundary

基于组织边界的视角,首先检验了信息技术能力对企业绩效的影响,其次考察了供应链整合对于信息技术能力和企业绩效的调节作用,最后对信息技术能力与供应链整合的配置进行了检验。研究发现:信息技术能力有助于企业绩效的提高,并且企业供应链整合程度越高,信息技术能力对企业经济与环境绩效的促进作用越明显;偏离适合企业自身信息技术能力的供应链整合程度会影响企业的经济绩效,但只有当企业的信息技术能力较高时,偏离适合企业自身信息技术能力的供应链整合程度才会影响企业的环境和社会绩效。

Based on the perspective of organizational boundaries,the paper first examines the impact of information technology capabilities on corporate performance,and secondly examines the regulating role of supply chain integration on information technology capabilities and enterprise performance.Finally,the configuration of information technology capabilities and supply chain integration are tested.The study shows that information technology capabilities contribute to the improvement of corporate performance,and the higher the degree of integration of the company’s supply chain,the more obvious the role of information technology capabilities in promoting the company’s economic and environmental performance.Meanwhile,the deviation from the integration degree of supply chain which is suitable for the company’s own information technology capabilities will affect the economic performance of the company.Therefore,it is when the company’s information technology capabilities are high that the integration degree of supply chain that deviates from the company’s own information technology capabilities will affect the company’s environmental and social performance.
