摘要
心理社会发展理论及其对自我同一性概念的研究是埃里克森提出的重要理论,它为理解大学生的“自我”发展困境提供了系统的理论框架。理解大学生“自我”发展困境现状,探讨其发展中的突出问题,应用心理社会发展理论和自我同一性的有关观点,提出大学生走出“自我”发展困境的对策,为高校心理健康教育提供了视角和路径。
The psychosocial development theory and its research on the concept of self-identity created by Erik H Erikson provide systematic and theoretical framework to better understand the dilemma about the“selfdevelopment”of college students.Based on the current situation and conspicuous problems of college students’“self-development”,this paper quotes relevant points of views from both psychosocial development theory and ego identity,not only to analyze the process and characteristics of how this phenomenon generates,but also to offer guidance for mental health education in related fields.
