A dataset of monitoring hydrological and chemical environmental factors in the Jiaozhou Bay during 2006–2010

摘要 本数据集整理了2006–2010年胶州湾生态系统研究站10个常规监测站点的水文和水化学资料,包括7个监测指标(水温、盐度、氨氮、硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硅酸盐和亚硝酸盐),按标准水层、季度月(2、5、8和11月)采集的1216个样品的分析结果。针对调查和分析手段,采用国标方法、国际规范的数据处理方法和质量控制体系,对监测的环境因子数据进行整理和质量控制。作为该海域系统完整性良好的数据集,可在空间和时间尺度上对水体理化环境变异进行解析,为胶州湾及邻近海域生态系统健康评价和环境治理提供科学依据和数据支撑。 This dataset is built on the hydrological and chemical data archives of the Jiaozhou Bay Marine Ecosystem Research Station during 2006-2010 at 10 routine monitoring sites in the Jiaozhou Bay.Covering seven parameters(water temperature,salinity,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate,phosphate,silicate and nitrite),it contains the analysis data from 1,216 samples collected quarterly(in February,May,October and November)in accordance with the standard water depth layers.We carried out data quality control for the monitoring environmental factors during sampling and analyzing processes by following general national and international standards.The system integrity of this dataset can favor interpreting the physical and chemical environmental variabilities of water on temporal and spatial scales,and provide scientific basis and data support for ecosystem health evaluation and environment protection in the Jiaozhou Bay.
