摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了不同金属阳离子物质的量比的锌锰铝水滑石(ZnMnAl-LDHs),并在不同温度下焙烧。通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis和荧光等手段表征获得样品的表面形貌、晶型结构、光吸收特性及光生载流子的复合效率。通过在紫外光下降解中性红对制得的催化剂进行性能评价,结果表明,研究条件下ZnMnAl-LDHs-600的结晶度较好,ZnMnAl-LDHs-400的晶粒更小;恒定pH法制备的Zn 3Mn 1Al 1-LDHs-400和Zn 3Mn 1Al 1-LDHs-600适宜做光降解中性红的催化剂,催化速率分别为0.02311 min-1和0.02354 min-1。
Series of ZnMnAl-LDHs samples with different metal ion ratio were prepared by co-precipitation method with annealing at different temperature.XRD,SEM,UV-Vis and PL were used to characterize the surface morphology,crystal structure,optical absorption characteristics and the recombination condition of photogenerated carriers.The performance of as-prepared photocatalysts was evaluated by neutral red under UV light irradiation.The XRD results show that the crystallinity of ZnMnAl-LDHs-600 is better,and the grain size of ZnMnAl-LDHs-400 is smaller.ZnMnAl-LDHs-400 and ZnMnAl-LDHs-600 are suitable for photodegradation of neutral red with photocatalytic rates of 0.02311 min-1 and 0.02354 min-1.
