摘要
选择生胶门尼黏度分别为78(NBR-1)和80(NBR-2)的两组丁腈橡胶(NBR),开展了硫化时间分别为35 min和50 min时结合丙烯腈含量(B AN)与300%定伸应力(σ)、拉伸强度(τ)和扯断伸长率(λ)之间关系的研究。结果表明:硫化时间为35分钟时,B AN升高,两组NBR的σ均线性下降,τ和λ均线性上升,B AN每升高1%,NBR-1和NBR-2的σ均下降0.006 MPa,τ均上升0.03 MPa,λAN分别提高1.29%和1.21%。硫化时间为50 min时,两组NBR的σ、τ和λ均线性上升。B AN每升高1%,NBR-1和NBR-2的σ分别增加0.017 MPa和0.016 MPa,τ分别提高0.08 MPa和0.07 MPa,λ均增大1.07%。
In this paper,relationship between bound acrylonitrile and tensile properties,such as modulus(σ),tensile strength(τ),elongation at break(λ),of NBR under the condition of vulcanization which curing time at 35 min and 50 min,had been studied,with two groups of NBR which Mooney are 78(marked as NBR-1)and 80(marked as NBR-2).The results showed,with the increasing of B AN,σ35 of NBR-1 and NBR-2 decreased linearly,τ35,λ35,σ50,τ50,λ50 of NBR-1 and NBR-2 all increased linearly.When B AN increased by 1%,theσ35 of NBR-1and NBR-2 all decreased 0.006 MPa,τ35,λ35,σ50,τ50,λ50 increased by 0.017 MPa and 0.016 MPa,0.03 MPa,0.08 MPa and 0.07 MPa,1.29%and 1.21%,1.07%respectively.
