浅谈某蓄能电厂冷水机构成及故障分析

摘要 冷水机作为厂房通风空调系统的核心部件,保障其正常运行是实现厂房温度控制的关键。研究发现冷水机在运行期间经常会出现过压缩机冷媒系统进水,电机对地绝缘不足等问题。基于此,本文主要分析了上述两个故障的原因并提出对应改进措施,以期为后期有效解决该类问题提供经验。 As the core component of the ventilation and air conditioning system of the power house,the key to realize the temperature control of the power house is to ensure its normal operation.It is found that during the operation of the chiller,the water in the refrigerant system of the supercompressor often occurs,and the insulation of the motor to the ground is insufficient.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the causes of the above two faults and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide experience for the later effective solution of such problems.
