浅谈建筑工程现场施工项目管理

On the Management of Construction Project on the Construction Site

在经济全球化背景下,中国建筑业迎来了新的发展机遇,许多外国建筑公司不断涌入国内增加了我国建筑业的发展压力。因此建筑建筑公司的能力已成为建筑公司优化和发展的重要任务。工程质量是提高建筑公司竞争力的基础。基于此,本文讨论了现阶段施工项目的现场管理问题,并提出对应施工现场施工项目管理的优化措施,以期为工程实践提供借鉴。

In the context of economic globalization,China's construction industry has ushered in new opportunities for development,and many foreign construction companies continue to flow into China to increase the development pressure of China's construction industry.Therefore,the ability of the construction company has become an important task for the optimization and development of the construction company.Engineering quality is the basis of improving the competitiveness of construction companies.Based on this,this paper discusses the field management of the construction project at the present stage,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures of the construction project management,in order to provide reference for the engineering practice.
