社会流动视阈下单位社区贫困成因及其对策——以安徽合肥H社区为例

The Causes and Countermeasures of Unit Community Poverty from the Perspective of Social Mobility——Take H Community in Hefei in Anhui as an Example

H社区作为曾经的单位社区,社区居民的物质和精神生活陷入贫困,导致单位社区贫困的产生不仅受到社会转型的影响,而且与社会流动有着密切的联系。教育资源的匮乏、社会排斥和“缓冲阶层”的缺失是导致单位社区贫困产生的重要原因。因此,应对社区贫困要以提高居民素质为出发点,丰富教育资源、提供就业岗位,促进居民的社会流动并坚决打击社区越轨行为。

As a former unit community,the material and spiritual life of community residents in H community falls into poverty,resulting in the poverty of unit community not only influenced by social transformation,but also closely related to social mobility.This paper analyzes from the perspective of social mobility and holds that the lack of educational resources,social exclusion and the lack of“buffer class”are the important reasons for the poverty in unit communities.Therefore,to deal with community poverty,we need to improve the quality of residents,enrich educational resources,provide jobs,promote the social mobility of residents and resolutely combat community deviant behavior.
