Combination of enzyme with chemical control agent added to control DCS in chemi-mechanical pulp

化学机械浆中的胶体物质(DCS)会在造纸系统中持续地积累,对纸机的运行以及最终成品的质量造成不利影响。科学有效控制白水中的DCS对于造纸系统的正常运行以及纸品的质量有着至关重要的作用。基于此,本文对生物酶与化学控制剂相结合控制化机浆造纸中的DCS进行了深入探讨。

Dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS)in chemi-mechanical pulp can be continuously accumulated in the papermaking system,which may affect the operation of paper machine and the quality of final product.The scientific and effective control of DCS in white water is very important for the normal operation of papermaking system and the quality of paper products.Based on this,this paper discussed the DCS control in chemical pulp and paper making by the combination of biological enzyme and chemical control agent.
