摘要
单晶硅由于其钻石般完美的结构,及高效的光伏转换效率,在整个光伏行业的发展中,占据着越来越重要的位置。单晶硅是由多晶硅熔化并在特定的气氛、精准的温度、合理的热场中拉制而成。硅汤中的杂质直接影响单晶硅的稳定生长。通过对提渣工艺的研究与应用来提取出硅汤的杂质,进而对单晶硅的拉制起到积极的作用。
Monocrystalline silicon because of its diamond like perfect structure,and efficient photovoltaic conversion efficiency,in the photovoltaic industry,photovoltaic industry development,occupy more and more important position.Monocrystalline silicon is produced by melting polycrystalline silicon in a specific atmosphere and thermal field.The impurities in silicon soup directly affect the stable growth of monocrystalline silicon.In this paper,the impurity of silicon soup is extracted by the research and application of slag extraction process,which plays a positive role in drawing monocrystalline silicon.
