摘要
在石油化工企业生产的过程中,催化裂化工艺技术是当下最主要的加工技术,通过对原油进行催化裂化处理,能够深层次加工原油,并对一些密度较大的重质油进行处理,逐渐转变为密度较低的轻质油,这也能满足当下石油化工生产过程中的实际需求。与此同时,在对重质油进行催化裂化的过程中,也能够获得多个附加产品,能够给石油化工企业带来一定的社会经济效益。在石油化工生产过程中,为了进一步提高催化裂化的效果,获得更多的产品收益,应当优化催化裂化工艺技术,只有这样才能够进一步提高技术含量。就石油化工催化裂化工业技术的相关概念进行探讨,并提出与之相对应的优化对策,希望能够推动石油化工企业的可持续发展。
In the production process of petrochemical enterprises,the catalytic cracking technology is the most important processing technology at present.Through the catalytic cracking of crude oil,crude oil can be processed in depth,and some heavy oil with high density can be treated,gradually turning into light oil with low density,which can also meet the actual demand in the current petrochemical production process.At the same time,in the process of heavy oil catalytic cracking,many additional products can be obtained,which can bring certain social and economic benefits to petrochemical enterprises.In the process of petrochemical production,in order to further improve the effect of catalytic cracking and obtain more product income,we should optimize the catalytic cracking technology,only in this way can we further improve the technical content.This paper discusses the related concepts of FCC technology in petrochemical industry,and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises.
