近距离煤层群回采工作面瓦斯超限防治技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 山西A矿开采煤层为近距离煤层群,在M7号煤层开采期间由于受到瓦斯超限影响,采面回采速度缓慢。为了确保采面生产安全,寻求采面瓦斯治理措施,该矿综合对比分析高位瓦斯抽放钻孔、采空区抽采钻孔以及高位瓦斯抽放巷三种瓦斯治理技术,并最终采用高位瓦斯抽采巷作为治理采面瓦斯超限技术手段。在采面布置高位瓦斯抽采巷,采面瓦斯超限问题得以有效治理,采面推进速度由原来的20 m/月提升至52 m/月,同时高位瓦斯抽采巷抽采瓦斯浓度较高(平均在30%以上),可以实现瓦斯资源的高效利用,提升矿井经济及社会效益。 Coal seam a in Shanxi A coal mine is a close coal seam group.During the mining of M7 coal seam,the mining speed is slow due to the influence of gas overrun.In order to ensure the production safety of the mining face and seek the gas control measures of the mining face,the mine comprehensively analyzes three kinds of gas control technologies,i.e.high-level gas drainage borehole,goaf drainage borehole and high-level gas drainage roadway,and finally uses high-level gas drainage roadway as the technical means to control the gas over limit in the mining face.The high-level gas drainage roadway is arranged in the mining face,the problem of gas overrun in the mining face can be effectively controlled,the advancing speed of the mining face is increased from the original 20 m/month to 52 m/month,and the gas concentration in the high-level gas drainage roadway is high(average over 30%),which can realize the efficient utilization of gas resources and improve the economic and social benefits of the mine.
