摘要
主要对某钢铁园区进行综合污水水质监测调查分析,以找出该综合污水处理厂污水水质、水量时空变化特征,从而为园区综合废水资源化回用提出解决方案。结果发现,该钢铁企业园区内3个泵站污水在排放时间、主要污染物、排放量差异明显,1号泵站因主要以生活污水为主,水中COD和悬浮物含量高;2号泵站以工业废水为主,其电导率较高;3号泵站为典型的工业废水,其含油量高。但是,该园区综合污水厂采用高密度沉淀池+V型滤池处理工艺,出水水质指标平均值都能达到回用水标准。
In order to find out the temporal and spatial characteristics of the sewage quality and water quantity of the comprehensive sewage treatment plant,the comprehensive sewage quality monitoring investigation and analysis are mainly carried out in an iron and steel park,so as to provide solutions for the comprehensive wastewater recycling in the park.The results show that there are obvious differences in discharge time,main pollutants and discharge volume among the three pumping stations in the iron and steel enterprise park.No.1 pumping station is mainly composed of domestic sewage with high content of COD and suspended solids in the water.No.2 pumping station is mainly composed of industrial wastewater with high conductivity;No.3 pumping station is a typical industrial wastewater with high oil content.However,the comprehensive sewage treatment plant in the park adopts the treatment process of high-density sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter,and the average value of the effluent quality index can reach the reuse water standard.
