摘要
针对污水厂中污泥处置不当可能造成对环境二次污染的问题,提出将污泥资源化制备成活性炭的思路。在分析污泥处理技术现状的基础上,采用微波辐照法制备活性炭,并对微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间、活化剂类型以及污泥与活化剂比例四个工艺参数进行对比研究,最终得出污泥制备活性的最佳工艺参数组合。
In view of the problem of secondary pollution to the environment caused by improper disposal of sludge in the sewage plant,the idea of preparing activated carbon from sludge resource is put forward.Based on the analysis of the status quo of sludge treatment technology,the activated carbon was prepared by microwave irradiation,and the four process parameters of microwave irradiation power,microwave irradiation time,activator type and the ratio of sludge and activator were compared.Finally,the best process parameter combination of sludge preparation activity was obtained.
