从研究型大学到研究型医院的偶然性和必然性

The contingency and inevitability from research universities to research hospitals

从大学的诞生到教学型大学、研究型大学、应用型大学的产生、发展和演变的过程,回顾了大学作为教育组织从单纯传授人类原有知识,到不断发现、创造出新知识的必然过程。受此启发,时任中国人民解放军总医院院长秦银河教授自2004年提出,我国医院尤其是三级医院应该建设为研究型医院,并对我国研究型医院的理论根据和本质特征进行了不断地探索和实践,取得了瞩目的成绩,受到业内的广泛认可。由此可以认为,与教学型大学向研究型大学演变的历程相同,在我国建设研究型医院并持续探索和实践,看似偶然,实则必然。

The university has evolved from its birth to the teaching university,research university,and applied university.This article reviewed the inevitable process of university from simply teaching previous human knowledge to discovering and creating new knowledge as an educational organization.In 2004,professor Qin Yinhe,who was then the president of the Chinese PLA General Hospital,proposed that Chinese hospitals,especially tertiary hospitals,should become research hospitals.From then,the theoretical framework and essential traits of research hospitals in China have been continuously explored and put into practice,which was followed with remarkable achievement and have been widely recognized in the medical area.Thus,it can be reflected that,like the evolution from teaching universities to research universities,research hospitals in China will continue to be explored and transformed into practice,which seems contingent but is sure to happen.
