本文立足于研究型医院现代后勤管理体系,从后勤管理内涵、理念和实践出发,对研究型医院现代后勤管理的基本原则确立、模式构建、体系建设等进行了研究探讨,从战略角度提出互联网思维、供应链体系、产融结合、平台经济模式等理念,对研究型医院现代后勤管理体系的科学构建进行系统思考。

This article aims to establish modern logistics management system in research hospitals,researching and discussing the fundamental principles,model construction,system establishment and so on based on the connotation,concept and practice of logistics management,proposing the ideas of internet think,supply chain system,combination of industry and finance,platform economic model etc.From the perspective of strategy,which systematically considers the scientific construction of modern logistics management in research hospitals.
