皮肤病医院临床路径患者满意度调查研究

摘要 目的:通过对皮肤病医院按临床路径管理的住院患者满意度调查分析,探讨影响满意度的因素,为医院优化临床路径管理、提高患者满意度提供参考依据。方法:采取随机抽样方式,使用原卫生部推荐的临床路径《患者满意度调查表》,调查皮肤病医院2018年1月至12月按临床路径管理的住院患者满意度情况,采用Likert五点记分法进行结果分析。结果:住院患者总体平均满意度4.7,满意率96.23%,处于较高水平。各项评价指标中,护理服务的满意度和满意率最高,患者对提供入院信息的清晰度最不满意。结论:增加入院信息的提示,提供人性化住院导向服务,优化临床路径管理,提高医疗服务水平,进一步改善按临床路径管理的住院患者就医体验。 Objective:To investigate and analysis the satisfaction degree of inpatients in our hospital,discuss the factors influencing satisfaction degree and provide reference to improve hospital management.Methods:We used random sampling method to investigate the satisfaction of inpatients in our hospital from January to December 2018,thought the patient satisfaction questionnaire recommended by the former Ministry of Health.Likert five-point scoring method was adopted to analyze the results.Results:The overall average satisfaction score was 4.7,and the satisfaction rate was 96.23%,which was in a high level.The satisfaction degree and satisfaction rate of nursing service were the highest in all the evaluation indexes,and the least satisfaction was the clarity of admission information of patients.Conclusion:It can further improve the medical experience of inpatients according to clinical pathway management by increasing the clarity of admission information,providing humanistic hospital oriented service,optimizing clinical pathway management and improving the quality of medical service.
