国内外药物经济学研究热点与趋势比较研究——基于Citespace可视化分析

Comparative study on hot spots and trends of pharmaceutical economics at home and abroad——Visual analysis based on Citespace

目的:运用知识图谱的可视化方法揭示国内外药物经济学领域的研究现状、热点以及其发展趋势。方法:基于中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Web of Science数据库检索的相关药物经济学文章作为数据来源,运用Citespace5.0.3可视化软件从研究主体、研究热点、研究前沿三方面分别构建国内外药物经济学知识图谱。结果:共纳入中文文献730篇,英文文献877篇。研究发现,国内外药物经济学研究热点和趋势存在差异。结论:当前国内外对药物经济学相关研究较多。其中,国外药物经济学相关研究比较全面、深入,而国内药物经济学评价质量良莠不齐,仍需不断加强。

Objective:To reveal the research status,hotspots and development trends of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad using visualization methods of knowledge maps.Methods:Based on the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Web of Science database as the data source,Citespace5.0.3 visualization software was used to construct pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad from three aspects:research subjects,research hotspots and research fronts Knowledge Graph.Results:A total of 730 Chinese literatures and 877 English literatures were included.The research finds that there are differences in the research hotspots and trends of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad.Conclusion:There are a large number and types of pharmacoeconomic evaluations at home and abroad.Among them,foreign pharmacoeconomics-related research is relatively comprehensive and in-depth,while domestic pharmacoeconomics evaluations vary in quality and need to be continuously strengthened.
