制定/修订《中成药临床应用循证指南》的方法与程序

The methods and procedures of formulating and revising the evidence-based guidelines for clinical use of Chinese medicine

中成药的临床应用是现代医学实践中疾病防治的重要干预手段之一。为促进中成药在临床安全、有效、合理应用,各学科临床专家、药学专家、循证医学和药物经济学专家、医院管理学专家等共同制定《中成药临床应用循证指南》,推动中医药独特优势和价值的发挥,确保中成药使用的临床价值、患者价值、经济价值与社会价值的体现。制定/修订《中成药临床应用循证指南》运用循证医学的原理及方法,基于系统评价,注重引用我国本土的医学资料,避免偏倚。通过规划、工作组构建、编制内容框架、专题培训、证据评价与分级、达成共识、编写及评审等程序,保证制定/修订《中成药临床应用循证指南》的流程化、标准化,确保该指南的权威性、规范性、可信性、可用性和时效性。

Chinese medicine is one of the most important interventions for disease prevention and treatment in modern medical practice.In order to promote the safe,effective and rational use of Chinese medicine and demonstrate its unique advantages and values,clinical experts,pharmaceutical experts,evidence-based medicine and pharmacoeconomics experts,experts in hospital management jointly formulated the evidence-based guidelines for clinical use of Chinese medicine,to ensure that the use of Chinese Patent Medicine clinical value,patient value,economic value and social value can be reflected.In this article,the methods and procedures of formulating and revising the evidence-based guidelines for clinical use of Chinese medicine are standardized to ensure its quality.Principles and methods of evidence-based medicine were utilized in formulating and revising the evidence-based guidelines for clinical use of Chinese medicine.Based on the systemic evaluation,the native medical evidences are valued to avoid bias.Through working panel grouping,content framework constructing,special trainings,evidence evaluation and classification,writing and reviewing,the formulating procedure are standardized to ensure the authority,normativity,credibility,practicability and timeliness of our guideline.
