摘要
随着社会的不断发展,对电力的需求不断增大,作为在电厂中担负着主要发电任务的汽轮发电机组,其安全稳定的运行需要得到充分保障。然而汽轮机的异常振动会给汽轮机的安全稳定运行带来巨大的危害,严重时还会导致轴承磨损、异常停机、转子断裂等重大事故的发生。根据某核电站的汽轮发电机组发生过的异常振动的原因进行了分析及故障排除,并给出了在发生异常振动时应采取的相应措施,以保证汽轮发电机组的正常运行。
With the continuous development of society, the demand for electric power is increasing. Takes a significant role in power generation, its safe and reliable operation shall be sufficiently guaranteed. However, the abnormal vibration of turbine will bring great harm to the safe and stable operation of steam turbine, serious events such as bearing abrasion, abnormal shutdown, and rotor damage and so on will also occur. Based on the analysis and trouble-shooting of the abnormal vibration of the steam turbine set in a nuclear power plant, the corresponding measures are given to ensure the normal operation of the steam turbine set.
