摘要 文章分析了某135 MW汽轮机高中压缸膨胀不畅的原因及危害。机组大修时,重点对前轴承箱进行了自润滑改造,恢复前轴承箱滑动能力,结合其他针对性的检修措施,彻底解决了高中压缸膨胀不畅的问题。 This paper analyzes the reasons and hazards for impeded HIP casing expansion of a 135 MW steam turbine. When the unit is overhauled, the self-lubricating transformation of the front bearing housing is emphasized and the sliding capacity of the front bearing housing is restored. Combined with other targeted maintenance measures, the problem of impeded HIP casing expansion is completely solved.
