摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展,大数据已经广泛应用于社会各个行业。而当前既熟悉公安业务又精通大数据技术与应用型人才仍十分缺乏。根据当前大数据侦查工作的实际需要,应当树立终身学习的意识,构建激励机制,完善教育培训体系,从技能、思维、意识三大方面提升大数据运用能力和水平。
With the rapid development of information technology,big data has been widely used in various social sectors.At present,there is still a shortage of talents who are both familiar with the police business and proficient in big data technology.Based on the actual need of the current big data-based investigation,efforts need to be made to develop the awareness of lifelong learning,construct the incentive mechanism,improve the education and training system,as well as the application ability and level of big data in terms of skills,thinking and consciousness.
