WeChat-based smuggling crime under the information background is characterized by wide coverage,strong concealment and low costs.Traditional investigation countermeasures have been ineffective in handling it.The investigation organs should keep pace with the times and make full use of big data to establish and improve the investigation information system,strengthen criminal technology,improve case handling efficiency,improve cross-region,cross-department and cross-sector cooperation mechanisms,ensure that the investigation organs have the initiative in cracking down on mobile terminals such as WeChat-based smuggling crimes,improve the efficiency of case investigation,and maintain the good order of China's import and export trade.
