Adherence to and development of the"Fengqiao experiences"in the new era represents upholding and intensification of the Party's leadership over all work.Therefore,efforts should be made to adhere to the people-oriented development ideas,respect the initiative of the masses,realize the best possible deliberative democracy,turn innovation to be the first motive force in the grass-roots public security work,promote the policemen's implementation ability,problem and target-oriented strategic thinking,innovative thinking and dialectical thinking,resolve conflicts at the grassroots level,and develop a new situation of pluralistic and shared grassroots level governance.
