摘要
目的分析黑龙江省食源性疾病致泻大肠埃希氏菌阳性病例数据,为其预防和控制提供理论依据。方法采用空间相关性分析和时空扫描分析方法对黑龙江省2013-2016年食源性疾病的监测数据进行分析。结果黑龙江省致泻大肠埃希氏菌发病时序图呈明显季节性,0~9岁年龄组为高发人群,致泻大肠埃希氏菌具有显著的空间聚集性,表现为"高-高"聚集。致泻大肠埃希氏菌主要聚集区域为佳木斯市。结论利用空间相关性分析和时空扫描分析方法能较好地分析单一致病菌异常聚集特点,可为开展针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze the data of the positive cases of diarrheogenicEscherichia coli(E.coli) from foodborne diseases in Heilongjiang,provide theoretical basis for its prevention and control.Methods Spatial correlation analysis and spatio-temporal scanning analysis were used to analyze the surveillance data of foodborne diseases in Heilongjiang from 2013 to 2016.Results The sequence diagram of diseases caused by diarrheogenic E.coli showed obvious seasonality.The group of 0~10 years old was the high risk group.diarrheogenic E.coli had the significant spatial aggregation,which showed "high-high" aggregation.Diarrheogenic E.coli was mainly concentrated in Jiamusi.Conclusion The method of spatial correlation analysis and space-time scanning analysis can be used to analyze the characteristics of abnormal aggregation of single pathogenic bacteria,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures.
