哈尔滨市242名放射工作人员职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis on the occupational health examination results of 242 radiological workers in Harbin

目的分析哈尔滨市某职业健康检查机构2018年第一季度242名放射工作人员职业健康检查结果,为放射卫生防护工作提供参考依据。方法按照国家相关法律法规规定,对哈尔滨市242名放射工作人员进行职业健康检查,包括眼晶体、心电图、彩超和实验室相关检测项目,对检查结果进行统计分析。结果242名放射工作人员中,男性179人(73.97%),女性63人(26.03%)。工龄≤10年108人(44.63%),>10年134人(55.37%)。不同工龄和不同性别放射工作人员血压、心电图、腹部彩超、肝功能、肾功能和血糖检查结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白细胞、血小板、甲状腺功能、眼科检查、淋巴细胞微核率和淋巴细胞染色体畸变率检查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期小剂量电离辐射对放射从业人员健康产生一定影响,应进一步加强放射防护工作,保障放射工作人员职业健康。

Objective To analyze the results of occupational health examination of 242 radiation workers in Harbin in the first quarter of 2018,provide reference for radiation health protection.Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations of the state,242 radiation workers in Harbin were examined for occupational health,including intraocular lens,electrocardiogram,color Doppler ultrasound and laboratory related testing items and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Among 242 radiation workers,179 were male(73.97%) and 63 were female(26.03%),108 with length of service ≤10 years workers accounted 44.63%and 134 with length of service less than 10 years accounted 55.37%.There were statistically significant in blood pressure,electrocardiogram,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,liver function,renal function and blood glucose among radiation workers of different working years and different genders(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant in leukocyte,platelet,thyroid function,ophthalmic examination,micronucleus rate of lymphocytes and chromosome deformity rate of lymphocytes(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term low dose ionizing radiation produces radiation practitioners.To a certain extent,radiation protection should be further strengthened to ensure the occupational health of radiation workers.
