The image of the city has been dramatically enhanced with improved quality of the citizens.Holding the honorary title of NatiOnal Civilized City after Several rounds of reassessments,Jinan city has been making unceasing efforts to enrich ideological content of civilization construction and Strengthen moral education for developing and promoting the core values of Chinese socialism.It printed and distributed the proposal for the creation of a civilized city to urge the people to abide by the"Regulations on the promotion of civilized behaviors".It popularized the concept of civilization and standardized the education of etiquette,in order to create a civilized atmosphere through citizens’words and deeds.
