俄国作家冈察洛夫曾说:人无疑是大地的主人,却又是肠胃的奴隶。食物无法脱离脚下的土地,那些风物、气息、过往的岁月与记忆,共同聚成一个名字,我们称之为"味道"。人们倾心食物的魅力,也可以说是贪恋着某种味道,久而久之,这份倾心转成了念想,就成为了一种情怀。所有的事但凡有着情怀和执念的掺杂,那它本身就会变成你不断坚守的存在。时常能听到不同年龄的人提及"小时候的味道".
We often hear people of different ages talk about"taste in the childhood",and this kind of attachment and sentiment enable many small obscure restaurants to be enduring.In the endless flow of customers,many are regulars or new guests brought by regulars;after a while,those new guests also become regulars--and this process just keeps going on and on.Who says sentiment cannot be passed on,as long as the taste is unchanged.
