摘要 摆线针轮啮合传动部分是RV减速器的关键结构之一,基于多体动力学构建虚拟样机进行仿真分析是研究RV减速器动态特性的常用方法。在不同载荷和不同工作环境下,基于多刚体动力学对RV减速器进行了仿真分析,仿真结果直观显示了不同工作环境下摆线针齿啮合特性变化情况。采用刚柔耦合技术,提取连续节点应力变化曲线进行分析,确定了啮合时最大接触力的位置和大小,为后续对修形方式的研究和改进提供了理论基础。 The meshing transmission part of the cycloidal pin wheel is the key structure of the RV reducer,the simulation analysis of virtual prototype based on multi-body dynamics is a common method to study the dynamic characteristics of the RV reducer.Taking into account different loads and different working conditions,the RV reducer is simulated and analyzed based on multi-rigid dynamics.The simulation results visually show the changes of the meshing characteristics of the cycloidal pin teeth under different working conditions.The rigid-flexible coupling technique is used to extract the continuous node stress curve for analysis,and the position and size of the maximum contact force during meshing are determined,and a theoretical basis for the research and improvement on the way of subsequent shaping is provided.
