摘要
车齿刀具运动偏心误差对车齿精度的影响十分明显。通过理论及实验研究的方法,针对车齿过程中刀具运动偏心误差对车齿工件齿形、齿向及齿距误差的影响规律及作用机理展开研究。首先,对车齿工艺方法进行实验研究,针对车齿过程中常见的齿面波纹进行分析,并指出通过减小刀具运动偏心误差可明显改善工件齿面波纹度。然后,基于车齿实验研究,针对刀具运动偏心误差对工件齿向、齿形误差的影响进行理论分析,研究齿面波纹的产生机理及周期特性。最后,基于车齿理论与实验研究,提出可改善工件齿面波纹的车齿刀具齿数的设计方法。
The skiving cutting tool movement eccentricity error has obvious influences on skiving gear accuracy.Based on the theoretical and experimental study of skiving,the influences of cutting tool eccentricity error on the helix deviations and the tooth profile deviations of the workpiece machined by skiving and action mechanism are investigated.Firstly,experiments of skiving process method are carried out,which are focused on the skiving waves on the tooth flanks of the workpieces,it is found that the amplitude of the waves can be decreased by reducing the tool eccentricity error.Then,based on the experiment study,the theoretical analysis of the influences of tool eccentricity error on the helix deviations and the tooth profile deviations of the workpiece are carried out,and the wave generation mechanisms and periodic characteristic are investigated.Finally,based on the experiments and theoretical study,the design method of number of tooth of skiving cutting tool,which can be used to improve the gear skiving waves on the tooth surface of the workpieces is proposed.
