摘要
弧齿圆柱齿轮是一种没有完全市场化的平行轴传动齿轮,该类齿轮的轮齿沿齿宽方向呈圆弧曲线,具有无轴向力、润滑性能好等特点。通过查阅大量文献,对弧齿圆柱齿轮的研究现状进行详细分析,主要从工艺与加工方法、齿面建模方法、接触特性等几个方面进行了阐述,并基于现有研究状况对弧齿圆柱齿轮今后的研究方向提出了一些建议。
A curvilinear cylindrical gear is a parallel shaft transmission gear that is not fully marketed.The teeth of this gear transmission have a circular arc curve along the longitudinal direction,it has non-axial force and good lubrication performance.The research status of the curvilinear cylindrical gears is analyzed in detail through a large number of related literatures,the processing methods of the gears,tooth surfaces modeling methods and contact characteristics are expounded.Finally,based on the existing research status,some suggestions for the future research direction of the curvilinear cylindrical gear are put forward.
