摘要
针对测绘地理信息产业的转型升级,调研行业发展现状和趋势,分析产业链的构成及产业发展对测绘地理信息人才的需求,以湖北省为例,统计和分析区域内高等职业院校测绘地理信息专业群的人才培养状况。分析结果显示湖北省测绘地理信息类需求缺口较大,高等职业院校人才培养不足,对测绘地理信息专业群构建进行探讨和分析,为高职院校的测绘地理信息类人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
According to the transformation and upgrading of the surveying and mapping geographical information industry,we analyzed the current situation and trend of the development of the industry,the composition of the industrial chain and the demands of the industrial development for the surveying and mapping geographical information talents.Taking Hubei Province for example,we statistically analyzed the talent cultivation of the surveying and mapping geographical information specialty group of higher vocational colleges in the region.The analysis result showed that the demand gap of the surveying and mapping geographical information in Hubei Province was large.In order to provide some references for the training of surveying and mapping geographical information talents in higher vocational colleges,we discussed and suggested the construction of surveying and mapping geographical information specialty group.
