Discussion on the Application of Meteorological Service in Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation

文章基于气象服务的主要功能,探讨了气象服务在灾害预警联动机制、农业灾情信息和产量预测等多个方面的应用,并进一步分析了气象服务存在的问题,最后从建设现代农业气象观测站,建立健全气象灾害应急系统等多个角度论述了提升气象服务水平和防灾减灾能力的对策建议,对于推动我国农业防灾减灾工作和气象服务提质增效具有重要意义。

This paper discusses the application of meteorological service in disaster early warning linkage mechanism,agricultural disaster information and yield prediction,and further analyzes the existing problems of meteorological service.Finally,it discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improve meteorological service level and disaster prevention and mitigation ability from the aspects of building modern agricultural meteorological observatory and establishing perfect meteorological disaster emergency system,which is of great significance for promoting agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation work and improving quality and efficiency of meteorological service in China.
