摘要
教师教育教学质量是指教师教育职前培养、入职指导和职后跟踪一体化发展中的教学质量。在全面推进教师教育改革的实践中,教师教育教学质量观存在着泛化论、狭隘论、混淆论三类误区。教师教育教学质量体系应是由时间、空间和过程三个维度构成的立体模型。其中,人才培养质量是衡量教师教育教学质量的根本尺度;教师教育者素养和学习者境况是判定教师教育教学质量的两大范畴;课堂教学质量、实践教学质量、网络教学质量则是判断教师教育教学质量的三大视点。
The teaching quality of teacher education refers to the teaching quality in the integrated development of pre-service training,on-boarding guidance and post-service tracking.In the practice of comprehensively promoting the reform of teacher education,there are three kinds of misunderstandings in the teaching quality of teacher education:generalization,narrowness and confusion.The teaching quality system of teacher education is a three-dimensional model composed of time,space and process.Among them,the quality of talent cultivation is the fundamental yardstick to measure the teaching quality of teacher education;the quality of teacher educators and the situation of learners are the two major categories to judge the teaching quality of teacher education;the quality of classroom teaching,practical teaching and network teaching are the three major viewpoints to estimate the teaching quality of teacher education.
