摘要
2015年,香港教师及校长专业发展委员会推出了“T-卓越@hk计划”,旨在推进教学专业团队卓越发展。计划通过制定专业标准、推行多元培训与计划、建立一站式电子平台以及优化专业学习社群等方式,为教学专业团队的持续性发展提供针对性的支持与切实可行的服务。在计划的实施中,香港教师专业发展也积累了重要经验,包括发展目标上关注教师专业发展的阶梯性,培养模式上重视专业发展共同体的建立,实践路径上注重内生与外控的协同效应等。
In 2015,COTAP launched the“T-excel@hk Project”to promote the excellent development of professional teaching teams.The project provides targeted support and feasible services for the sustainable professional development of professional teaching teams by setting professional standards,implementing diversified training and plans,establishing one-stop electronic platforms and optimizing professional learning community.In the implementation of the project,Hong Kong has also accumulated important experience in teachers’professional development,including focusing on the ladder of teachers’professional development in the development goal,paying attention to the establishment of the professional development community in the training pattern,and attaching importance to the synergistic effect of endogenous and exogenous control in the practical path.
