国际蒙台梭利协会是世界上最富有影响力的蒙台梭利组织。教师培训是该组织的重要职能之一。经过90余年的发展,国际蒙台梭利协会已经在全球建立了包括婴幼辅助教育课程、幼儿教师课程、小学教师课程、青少年教师课程在内的稳定的教师培训标准和体系,同时也确立了相应的教师资格认证与培训师认证条件。它的教师培训不仅体现了蒙台梭利教育理念,而且注重早教课程以及幼儿教育与小学教育课程的相互衔接,反映了蒙台梭利课程设计的完整性、渐进性、衔接性和体系化的特点,对我国更好地推进蒙台梭利教育并有效地控制其质量都具有重要的参考意义。

AMI is the most influential Montessori organization in the world.Teacher training is one of the important functions of the organization.After more than 90 years of development,AMI has established stable teacher training standards and systems around the world,including infant and child supplementary education courses,preschool teacher courses,primary school teacher courses and juvenile teacher courses.Meanwhile,it has also established corresponding qualifications for teacher qualification and trainer certification.Its teacher training not only embodies Montessori’s educational concept,but also pays attention to the early education courses and the interconnection of early childhood education and primary education courses,reflecting the integrity,gradualness,connection and systematization of Montessori’s course design,which has important reference significance for China to better promote Montessori’s education and effectively control its quality.
