摘要
设计基于高性能MCU的智能安全头盔太阳能充电监测系统,解决智能安全头盔实际应用过程中存在的充电状态监测效果差的问题。该系统通过感知数据采集单元,将CorteX-M7单片机作为核心控制器,实现监测数据的有效采集;控制传输单元通过InDTU332数据传输模块和ARM处理器实现监测数据的高效率传输;监测数据跟踪单元通过InDTU332数据传输模块控制传输单元传输的监测数据,通过CC253设备传输到充电控制器中进行分析控制,同时将其反馈到太阳能充电板中,再结合最大功率跟踪模块获取的太阳能数据,通过智能监测策略实现太阳能充电的智能监测。结果表明,该系统监测太阳能最大功率效率高,监测太阳能充电信号稳定性高。
The solar charging monitoring system of intelligent safety helmet based on high performance MCU is designed to solve the problem of poor charging status monitoring effect in the practical application of intelligent safety helmet.By sensing the data acquisition unit,the system USES Cortex-M7 microcontroller as the core controller to realize the effective collection of monitoring data.Through InDTU332 data transmission module and ARM processor,the control transmission unit realizes the efficient transmission of monitoring data.Through InDTU332 data transmission module,monitoring data tracking unit,will control monitoring data transmission unit.The data that transmits to charge controller through CC253 is analyzed and controled,at the same time,is fed back to the solar battery charging board,coupled with solar data acquired from the most power tracing module,through the intelligent monitoring strategy,intelligent monitoring of solar battery charging is implemented.The results show that the system has high efficiency in monitoring the maximum power of solar energy and high stability in monitoring the charging signal.
