公共产品供给、政治信任与农村居民的主观幸福感——基于对浙江和四川两省1987个样本的实证研究

Public Goods Supply,Political Trust and Rural Residents’Subjective Well-being——An Empirical Study Based on 1987 Samples from Zhejiang and Sichuan Provinces

通过对来自浙江和四川两省1987个样本的回归发现,公共产品供给对农村居民的主观幸福感产生了显著的正向影响,公共产品供给满意度越高,农村居民的幸福水平越高。这一现象可以从增加公共产品供给提高了农村居民对政府的积极评价方面得到解释。增加公共产品供给不仅可以直接提高农村居民的主观幸福感,而且通过提高农村居民对政府的政治信任,间接提高了农村居民的幸福水平。当中国农村居民收入水平不断提高,收入对农村居民的幸福感影响出现了拐点后,要不断提高公共产品的供给水平。本研究的另一个发现则是,对经济发展水平存在差异的不同地区,公共产品供给政策应有所差别,经济欠发达地区要加强交通、供水、供电基础设施建设,解决农村居民看病难问题,提供更加便捷的农业信息和技术等,经济发达地区则要提高政府部门的服务态度和办事效率,完善对老弱孤残的救助,大力修建农村污水处理设施,有效改善由于经济发展而带来的环境污染问题等。

Through the regression of 1987 samples from Zhejiang Province and Sichuan Province,it is found that the supply of public goods has a significant positive impact on the subjective well-being of rural residents.The higher the satisfaction of the supply of public goods,the higher the level of happiness of rural residents.This phenomenon can be explained by increasing the supply of public goods can improve the positive evaluation of rural residents on the government.Increasing the supply of public goods can not only directly improve the subjective well-being of rural residents,but also indirectly improve the level of happiness of rural residents by improving their political trust in the government.When the income level of rural residents in China continues to improve,and there is a turning point in the impact of income on the happiness of rural residents,we should continue to improve the supply level of public goods.Another finding of this study is that for different regions with different levels of economic development,the supply policies of public goods should be different.In underdeveloped regions,we should strengthen the infrastructure construction of transportation,water supply and power supply,solve the problem of medical treatment for rural residents,and provide more convenient agricultural information and technology.In the economically developed areas,we should improve the service attitude and efficiency of government departments,improve the assistance for the old,the weak and the disabled,vigorously build rural sewage treatment facilities,and effectively improve the environmental pollution caused by economic development.
